I had individual and new-fashioned queen room. It was in an amazing location adjacent to a train station, Lake Lucerne and the mountains of Hergiswil. Visited a Swiss factory, one of the tourist spots, located not very far from the hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot with amazing views. The restaurant offers delicious food and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Although the hotel is on top of a hill, it is close to the restaurant and easily accessible by the train station nearby.
One downside is that the hotel does not have air conditioning, which may make the rooms quite hot during warm weather.

The hotel location was very convenient and easy to reach from the motorway. the food was delicious with excellent quality. I was glad to have a restaurant on site, and the breakfast was very good. the hotel offered complementary WiFi and parking, which was a nice touch.
The reception was frequently unattended, and the room keys were left in an unsecured location. the standard room that I stayed in was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around or find space to work.

The location was stunning, not far from the lake with a fantastic view, restaurants or shops and the train station below, in an amazing area. Moreover, it was 3 km from Brunni Cable Car.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Roggerli in Hergiswil. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff treated us very nicely and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The location of the hotel was excellent, with breathtaking views both at the front and back of the hotel.
The breakfast menu could be improved by adding fresh baked sandwiches.

Very nice overall experience. Quiet and perfect place with accommodating staff and amazing location in the Lucern area. Location right by Lake Luzern, the train station below, and the hotel's restaurant. Gorgeous and good breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages...
